Regardless of where you are with your marketing efforts, I start every engagement with a needs analysis. This initial call is absolutely critical in determining what resources, internally and/or externally, you will need to achieve your goals. (If you don’t have goals yet, that’s ok too; I cover that in the initial call).

By focusing on developing the macro, big-picture strategy first, I work with you to outline the blueprint to get you to your goals as efficiently and effectively as possible. At the same time, a grand strategy is useless unless you know how to implement the micro tactics. I believe that if you cannot pull all of the disparate pieces together to form a cohesive whole, with actionable and measurable benchmarks, you are wasting your time and money.

I purposefully choose not to work with everyone interested.  I’ve have found that engagements work best when all parties are on the same page, working together, and driving towards the same goals. Let’s be clear: successful inbound marketing requires on-going work, consistent monitoring, iterating, and improving, and lots of testing.
